Mrs. Nkechi Anyimah, FCIS is a Legal Practitioner, Chartered Secretary, Corporate Governance Practitioner, Certified IFC/ICSAN Trainer, Facilitator, Certified Life Coach and the Founding and Principal Partner of N.ANYIMAH & ASSOCIATES LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (NAA). She is responsible for the Firm’s overall strategic growth and development; and ensures the annual strategic planning of the Firm for the effective implementation of the Firm’s strategic plans.
NAA is a business law firm located in the commercial city of Lagos, Nigeria, focused on providing company secretarial and legal advisory services that reflect the highest global standard of quality in all its practice areas. Its practice areas in corporate and commercial law primarily provides advisory services to resident and non-resident entities, including individuals doing businesses in Nigeria. Particularly, in the areas of business setup and compliance, corporate restructuring, international joint venture transactions, regulatory and company secretarial services, employment, labor and immigration services, intellectual property, information and communication technology services, mergers and acquisitions.
Nkechi provides advisory services to several entities, including local, international and multi jurisdictional entities, spanning across the mobile financial technology industry, financial advisory services industry, technology service providers, human capacity building service providers, pension service providers, real estate infrastructure development companies and engineering services providers. She has over twenty years active corporate and commercial law experience.
Nkechi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), an Associate with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators United Kingdom and a Facilitator at ICSAN trainings. She is a member of the Conference and AGM Planning Committee, the Visitation and Reactivation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Capacity Building Committee of ICSAN. She has represented ICSAN as a discussant at its Annual Conference; facilitated several trainings and workshops; and has represented ICSAN in its featured weekly radio program on Corporate Governance. She’s a regular voice and staunch member in advocating the ideals of ICSAN. Nkechi is currently the 10th Chairman of ICSAN Lagos State Chapter.
Nkechi is an Alumnae of the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom (MBA); the Nigerian Law School (B.L); University of Lagos (LL.B); Federal Government Girls’ College Owerri (BEC & SSC); University of Lagos Staff School (FSLC); and University of Lagos Women Society Nursery School (Preschool). She was an awardee of her State scholarship during her college years and a recipient of the ExxonMobil scholarship during her undergraduate and law school years.
Nkechi has attended several short and long study certificate and diploma courses both domestically and internationally from leading training and management schools, including the University of Cambridge, spanning different areas including leadership, entrepreneurial management, company secretarial practices, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law contracts and ventures, information and communication technology agreements (especially cross border transactions), in countries such as Ghana, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Netherlands and Singapore.
Nkechi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, United Kingdom and Nigeria; Nigerian Bar Association; International Bar Association; and the Energy Institute, United Kingdom.
In recognition of her vast knowledge and experience in business, corporate law, and corporate governance, Nkechi seats on the board of several private and public limited liability companies as a non-executive Director.
Nkechi has the passion for training, mentoring and coaching young lawyers and entrepreneurs, particularly, in the areas of leadership, management of businesses, corporate secretaryship, company secretarial services, and best corporate governance practice. She also provides trainings to companies in these areas and guides companies on board selection, board evaluation and directors’ trainings.
Nkechi is also passionate in the advocacy of the rights of women and children, particularly, the girl-child. She gives off her time and resources to several charitable organizations in furtherance of this passion. She loves mentoring, teaching, traveling, researching, an avid voracious reader and swimming.

MNENA Mnena is an Associate Counsel in the firm. She is an innovative lawyer, highly effective at developing creative case strategies and writing persuasive briefs. She quickly adapts to the ever-changing demands of the legal profession and is keen to take up challenging opportunities in the Corporate and Commercial Services sector. She has a good sense of professional responsibility and interpersonal relationship.
Mnena is a graduate of Benue State University, Markurdi (LL.B) and obtained her B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She attended Queen of the Rosary Secondary School, Gboko, Benue State.
Mnena’s areas of Expertise includes Labour Law, Contract Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Amnesty International.
Mnena loves Running and is a member of the Makurdi Women’s Runners Association. She is also a self taught Fashion designer and enjoys making dresses in her spare time for pleasure.

Nmadiuto is the Accountant/Legal Research Assistant in NAA Legal Practitioners. She is a 1st Class Accounting Graduate of Berea College, Kentucky, United States of America. She is bilingual in both the English and French language.
Nmadiuto provides financial advisory/accounting services to the firm and its clientele. She is skillful in using multiple streams of data and resources to discover and confirm information relevant to contractual matters, court cases, hearings, depositions and legal meetings. She also supports in preparing official legal documents and maintains records. She works closely with the Company Secretarial unit and assists in trainings conducted by the firm. She has demonstrated excellence in Reporting Skills, Research Skills, Legal Administration Skills, Client Relationships, Organization and Planning.

Advising customers about passports, insurance, visas, vaccinations, tours and vehicle hire, informing customers of changes like cancelled flights and arranging refunds and handling complaints. Using geographical knowledge to help customers find a suitable holiday package or plan independent travel keeping up to date with developments in the travel industry.
